The words on the back of this piece are from a poem I wrote
on March 14, 2020, shortly after the initial shutdown in the USA:

"I have not baked bread for over 20 years...
but today... pungent odor of yeast,
feel of dough when punching it down,
freshly baked, beautiful braided tops,
fulsome smell, delicioius taste!!"
